An eight year old deciding for himself if he wants to be circumcised or not? I wonder how a little child will make such a decision when an adult can't make a rationale decision on what choices/decisions are appropriate for what age. I think some decisions should be left to parents. There is a reason Allah brings the child in this world through its parents and gives the parents the power to take care of that child, raise, make important decisions for that child, and help the child grow into a responsible adult.
