Heera Mandi is Lahore’s red-light district. I think there’s a famous restaurant by the name of Cuckoo’s Den that’s situated there as well. It’s owned by an artist and I’ve read it has great panoramic views of the city and it’s quite popular with both visitors and well-heeled locals, including families. When Ms. Dina Wadia visited Pak from India in 2004, her hosts took her there.
