I don't know about lehsan chutney but I make garlic mayo sauce that goes well with BBQ and is also good as a salad dressing....take a couple of garlic cloves with peel and roast them on tawa/pan, peel off n crush them and add them to mayonaise, squeeze some fresh lemon juice and add salt pepper and mix everything.
