Hmm, don't know about the ahmed brand, but u can get ready mixed bag of WHOLE garam masala, I grind it in batches at home so it retains the fresh flavour. Basically it contains coriander, cumin, cassia bark (like cinnamon), bay leaves, whole black pepper.
Sometimes I add whole black elachi and a clove or two.
Sorry, don't have a fixed ratio, I'm sure there r many experts here who can tell u the right way tho!
