Gaming is not just about shoot shoot, kill kill..... maar dhaar. There are strategy games that do stimulate the mind, increase your knowledge and you need more time when playign those. 4-5 hours fly by when you're playing strategy or RPG. (I miss my PC Games).
Anyone ever played Age of Empires, Civilization, Colonization, Caesar III, Heroes of Might & Magic, Command & Conquer, RedAlert, Seven Kingdons, etc. ?? There was also this cute game called Space Colony, I LOVED it.... couldn't rest till I finished the whole campaign. I used to play HOMM2 with my brother, it was turn-based strategy game and we used to discuss everything from his school and studies to my college.... friends, etc. while playing, it was fun :)
