Re: Game 34 - Bangladesh vs South Africa, April 7th 2007
South Africa will reach this score in 40 Overs
I don't know. I am worried.
Typically things not going for South Africa. Going into the match with an injured Gibbs when they could have replaced him with Loots Bosman.
Now losing Smith with AB tentative due to 2 ducks in a row.
If Bangladesh can get Kallis out early, this might be the upset I remarked earlier on w.r.t. Ireland/Bangladesh.
Re: Game 34 - Bangladesh vs South Africa, April 7th 2007

Re: Game 34 - Bangladesh vs South Africa, April 7th 2007
South Africa is losing this one and will make it hard for itself to go to Semis.

Re: Game 34 - Bangladesh vs South Africa, April 7th 2007
Kallis gone. SA wobbling a bit but still favourite to win in my book.

Rasel strikes...Kallis gone...63/2
Re: Game 34 - Bangladesh vs South Africa, April 7th 2007
Cricinfo
Syed Rasel to Kallis, OUT, Big wicket. Kallis falls. Lands on a length, goes with the angle, on the off and middle stump line, Kallis tries to heave it away, over the bowler, ends up dragging it towards mid-on. A dolly of a catch and Bangladeshi fielders erupt in joy. Rasel pumps his fist, Rahim runs towards him. The tigers are beginning to roar.

AB gone because he started to get frustrated.
ehsan, I think RSA will loose this one. Smith sleeping in the middle overs letting Bangladesh grow the score. Smith and his bowlers not klnowing how to restrict Bangladesh during the last 10 overs because they did not let Hall play. Smith gone early. AB struggling from the start. Gibbs playing when injured (no need to). Kallis (being told I believe by Smith and coach) to score faster and not playing his normal game. Etc, etc.
It is things like these that create the impressions that RSA "choke". They are being outplayed and not being led by captain and coach in the correct way. How can one "choke" when the game is only one quarter gone? No, they started wrong and will face the music.
Re: Game 34 - Bangladesh vs South Africa, April 7th 2007
