yes, it was RaHeel Shareef’s decision…may be Gallup confused Nawaz Shareef with RaHeel Shareef. the speech that NS gave was written at GHQ. if Nawaz had his way, Taliban would have carried out a dozen more devastating suicide bombings since the operation started.
