Ok. I need help. I’m gaining weight and its all going on my butt. I’m not fat or anything, actually ppl think i should eat more (out on some more weight).
I need a way to focus in on the butt area and firm it up a bit.
this is a serious post, so i need suggestions on how to get my ass back in shape..

If you are a guy ummm NO comment. But if you are a sister then, you need to do Lunges.. and Running I suppose is THE best exercise, firms everything. Start with half a mile and increase it slowly and reach you comfort level. You can even start with less then half a mile, depending your stamina I suppose. Whatever you do, stick to it for 40 days or so... If you are looking for quick and easy miracle ways umm, GOOD LUCK. Also start eating healthy. Dont eliminate major food groups , just more intake of green veggies and all that good stuff. If you follow these things you'll be totally toned.

i think pakice is right. Since you’re a guy, i don’t think you’d do step classes but that really firms up the butt, otherwise, run up and down some stairs. im surprised the fat is going to your butt, for most guys, even if they’re skinny, they start showing it on their paunch. not a pleasant sight.
Aerobics .. do lot of aerobic activity .. like running, step-aerobics… Stair-Master (if you have a gym membership) or simply step work out will do .. biking is a good option will target your areas with out putting pressure on your knees.. interval running is a good work out .. interval running – run a block (at a good pace) and then walk a block .. keep repeating it depending on your durability .. remember you have to increase your level (distance and pace) every week … this one of the quickest ways to get in shape and is very effective for toning your buttocks area
Do lot of sit up .. is targets your abdomen which in-turn firms/tones your lower back and mr./mrs. Butt .. Its one the hard exercises to do but definitely one of the basic and best to do … reverse crunches are very targeted towards your back and butt. but make sure if you gonna do it ask some one to show you how .. cause if you do not have good posture for reverse crunches you might end up hurting your back ..
More later … stick to your work out activity for at least 6-8 weeks and you see the results .. but if you don’t see it happening then its time to evaluate .. you might be doing something wrong … but remember you have to do it regularly to get those good looking K-2 ! and stopping eating pizza !

Ur Butt needs to be caned. So ask ur friend to cane you big butt. Ask ur friend to cane ur butt, while u run in circles around ur dinning table; do this 20 minutes every day. After that go and sit in hot water tub, this will prevents your butt from soreness, and help in melting the extra fat. Its going to be Nasty, but ultimately you'll be happy to have your butt back in shape.

In any case, if you want to torture your self but slowly (slow poison!) then, the answer in one word “YOGA”! Kaisa hai?
If you want to get rid of this quickly… then even simpler (proly more expensive, but then who cares). Answer again in one word “LIPOSUCTION”

Anyway, kidding aside, I would seriously suggest Yoga. Worked for me. Its very simple and doesn’t make you wanna kick yourself. Needs no partners, and is darn effective!

Hey I'm good, how about u. I'm not working this weekend (Thanx God) so I'll have plenty of time to write emails to you and other friends. One of my friend has given her Friendship book to me, as she thinks it my time to write something in that. So I guess I'm going to do plenty of writing this weekend.

Neera, the guy is 6 and weighs 75 which is absolutely ideal, and totally normal, except for his ass. I’m sure if he exercises well, he will trim that up too.
And Pristine, believe me there’ll be no need for liposuction :D!

the best thing is do what cat says i.e. going up stairs and stuff.
dont go jogging unless u reduce your weight a bit or untill u think that your bones can handle the impact of running.
6 foot and 75 kilo's is not much
75 kilo's is not much at all
but its the way that the fat is distributed and it also depends on your body structure.
best thing mate is to do cycling.
its really good for the legs and ass.
