While the story may be made-up or somewhat vague, the message/moral is clear: Try not to eat from roadside shops because it's true, those people really don't protect their food from pollution and dirt etc. It's best to take precautions.
theek farmaya, but its those roadside food that sometimes tastes best... like slices of amrood with masala on 'em that u get for Rs 10 :(
