When I said those roadside shops, I meant those rairhis and dhabbas that don’t cover their food, or even if they do, it’s a screen-like cloth. I am talking about things like cut melons on ice during summer, falsey on rairhis, gandairiyan on ice etc. etc. etc. Mostly things that are ready to be eaten.
