First is the glaring issue that AIDS ishows up on tests 6 months to 10 years AFTER contact. NOT the same day!!
AIDS is spread by blood contact but is very fragile and cannot live outside the body easily. It usually takes blood to blood (or other boldily fluid) transmission to actually contract it. Even contracting it thru salive is somewhat controversial because the ph-level in saliva seems to prevent transmission.
That sounds like a funky scare-tactic story to me. Do a google on AIDS and read up a bit.
