I agree..they seem to have a "miracle product" for any and every flaw! IGNORE them..! "I'll ask for help if I need it, thanx" is how I get rid of them..

Ad - really you should have complained. If i was you, i would have asked her to compensate me and give me the same eyeshadow but a brand new one - basically a whole new pallette! Or i would have seen the manager. Man, i am never afraid to complain if i receive a bad customer service. I am a paying customer and spending money in their outlet so i deserve some respect!

I would have if i was alone but I was with a friend with a rich husband and I didnt wanto look like a stingy person even though i would have been right :(
