If I were to fall like that on my wedding day, I would probably find it funny too.
If he had just got on and stayed on the horse, nobody would care about it the next day. Since he fell off, that gave everyone something to remember.
If he had got hurt, then I wouldn’t laugh, but since it doesn’t look like he got hurt, I have no problem laughing at it.
