Re: Full Body Mask at Home
Well the body mask itself it just like putting on a mask on your face. Obviously salons charge the higher price b/c its a business and they have to cover overhead AND make a profit. Doing it at the salon was nice b/c I just laid there while someone else did all the work lol. Doing it at home for me requires help b/c I obviously cannot apply the mask evenly on my back. Plus at the salon, after the mask was applied, I was wrapped in plastic with heated blanket over me and laid there which was nice/relaxing…versus at home, after I apply the mask, I stand in my bathroom and read stuff on my phone (not exactly a “luxurious” experience lol) while it dries.
As for the end result on how my skin felt/looked…I didn’t see any difference in what I do at home versus what I got at the salon. For me personally, from now on, I’d rather spend the money and get massages. The “luxury” experience is not worth all that extra money for this. But others may feel different.
