Eat! That is what I do when I am frustrated/angry/upset. Stuffing myself up with food actually makes me feel better.

Breath out slowly and strongly, making sure you are taking out every breath left in your body. Imagine the breathe in your body is all of your frustrations, and as you breathe out, your frustrations leave your body and float away in the air....
Don't mock, Americans would pay good money for that advice if I were to write it in a self-help book.

Haha. Okay but once it floats away, it has to come back in the form of CO2 and then you'd breathe it in again. So that won't work
