Being from Islamabad has always been an issue. When I tell somebody I am from Islamabad, the first questions he asks is, where are you originally form?
I was born and raised in Islamabad. (although my parents are not form Islamabad). I think this problem will disappear in a few years, when Islamabad city grows a little older :)
Itd probably be easier to say "im from islamabad but our family origanally is from etc"
