I would like to see how many cases were brought in the courts by the government against these criminals in the courts with solid evidence. The example of Mullah Ghazi and Hafiz Saeed getting released because the government did not persue these cases is in front of us. Not a single case against Mehsuds or Fazalullah’s have been filed in the courts by the government. Mind you the investigative agencies and public prosecution departments work under the government.
