first you need to sync your iphone with your pc.
You also need an itunes account to download applications from app store. If you can link the account with a debit/credit card, its better otherwise you can also make an account without a payment method.
After you have done that, you can download these applications both from your iphone and also by browsing appstore through itunes in your pc. Just remember to sync your iphone afterwards.
