I wasn’t saying that teaching them in Arabic is wrong, I would probably do the same thing. Anyway my point was, parents don’t do enough to teach their kids about manners, good eating/studying/work habits, and being all aroudn good ppl, to be concise, they don’t teach them how to incorporate ISLAM into their lives… islam sets out guidelines on how to keep urself clean (besides using lotas), how to treat others, even what to eat and stuff..

B - This is interesting now....so tell me about back-biting, I am not quite sure I have the concept down as you think of it.

According to you it is not back-biting a person to post on the internet some really distasteful behavior a person you hang with did like slapping a parent as long as it is qualified with a soppy wet-rag like"p/s: dont say anything wrong abt that gul plz."

And may I ask where it was that I bite a back? I have no relationship with the girl at all EXCEPT for your introduction to her.

Think about that for a minute before you jump all over others for actually responding to the insulting way you say she behaves. I read the post over again and I saw absolutely nothing that you said that was positive about that girl, unless you think slapping a parent is positive??

The girl was wrong to do as she did as YOU presented it. We reacted to you. I didn't know it was back-biting if you don't know the girl as opposed to actually knowing her and saying negative things.

One more thing - just saying you are a Muslim doesn't mean you are in your heart. I can say I am Catholic to all and it means nothing if I am not living and behaving like one. As a Catholic I know that. Is this a lesson you are trying to learn or did it just not occur to you?

B- Sorry, my fault... I know that common sense and decency are hard concepts for you to understand, that was why I try to keep it simple..... Also, this is a public forum, if you want private with a select few people, i/m them or do a yahoo conference........

BTW: I noticed there was not one thing defining back-biting in your case... still waiting on that.... really am curious about how the rules apply to all but yourself.... but I think that is the growing trend among children, ahem, sorry, young adults like yourself...

Something, somewhere did go wrong in the upbringing of that girl. Hey, come on, even goras don't go about slapping their parents, even if they B&M about them.
