Call them. Mail won't get you far.
I have to go now and if you have any more questions/PMs I can help you later on in the evening.
the case is between the other party and your dads former insurers, youve no need to worry. the alleged fraud is on the other drivers part and not your dads. they are simply keeping your father informed.
your father may be called to be a witness at a later date because he saw her jumping up and down immediately after the accident and seemed perfectly fine and unhurt
Bottom line , GS is not a law firm, nobody can help you or your dad in this matter here only a lawyer can help him. If you just want to vent your frustration and want to share your grief then it is OK , we are here to share your pain. I still have to hire a lawyer to sue insurance company because the police gave me a wrong report. Unfortunately I cannot sue the police as they are known to make mistakes and law acknowledges that as a fact and does not sympathize with the victim.
Get a lawyer. Shop around quick. Ask for their rate and experience. Sue the insurance company if they are not friendly. Do not give your whole info to them. Personally meet with them. There must be good lawyers around where you are. The idea of farud based on his hesitation is just too stupid and weird. Don't know which insurance company does that. Talk to your agent who bought you policy.
Someone above said it is automatically considered suspicion based on his hesitency is not correct.
Insurance company has to pay or fight with other party and your dad should not owe anything...based on your narration.
the solicitors for the insurers have sent us something by recorded deliv.
it says by way of service we enclose the defence and counterclaim which has today been filed at court. also enclosed is a third party notice by way of service.,
