If it is something like hotmail or yahoo web-based then forget about it. If it is proprietary (e.g. mylovelyemail.com) then you can download everything to your local drive, zip it and forward it.
PS: u trying to put ur email on to ur digital camera? I know 4 gb cards can store a lot of crap :)
