This is cleaner...:D..Can you not add a 1 liner under it??
The drop down menu is a bit of a hassle when you are trying to access the private message....uska kuch kar sakte ho aap??...just my thought...:)

Write down at least one line description for each forum and leave rest lines in either a link as ( see more…) or leave it in hover over option!

May be a link can be added at the bottom of each forum line with the word “Forum Description” and when the user click it they are taken to static forum description. Most New Member might not realize that they have to hover their mouse on the forum to read the descriptions.
