Re: Foreign minister to have special plane
Other ministers can share a plane but the foreign minister needs to go out of the country and meet other foreign dignitaries often. Others can use the local planes back and forth from Karachi to Peshawar I guess.
These decisions, I am sure are not made lightly. Although we always thinks money could have been spent in a better places, economics (although I dnt like the subject much) teaches that you cannot always distribute money to where it is needed most. It has to be divided up so that all aspects of society and country remain alive.
