This is how I make my chocolate ganache

1 cup Heavy cream
12oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Put the chocolate chips in a large bowl and set aside.
Bring the heavy cream to a boil in a pot and pour it over the chocolate chips. Mix mix mix! You want all the chocolate to be melted. The ganache will be a little thin. Set it aside to cool down and store it in the fridge until ready to use.
Let it sit on the counter for atleast 30mins before using.
