I got most of my jewelry from Tanishq in Karachi. I had a pretty good experience with them, cant say the same for some other clients of theirs that came in while I was there and argued with them about selling their jewelry to other people.
The one place I would definitely recommend going to is Naurattan. It's right across the street from Forum. They've got amazing jewelry and great customer service.
