^ Generally speaking, I think guys are worse, simply because they tend to be smarter and more rational than girls in these matters. Girls, at least girls like me, will ignore reason and would rather listen to their heart. Smart guys will take advantage of that and manipulate them. Of course there are exceptions but they are exceptions, and not the norm...
