Lily, sure..i guess your problem is dough making..is it? do you leave it out for a while..its very simple actually.. for this one..you take 8 cups of all purpose flour, you add 3 tbsp of yeast and keep on adding milk until its in a dough form..for a good dough..you gotta make the dough in the morning..and leave it on kitchen counter until the evening..then you use your hands and oil to make a circle (for me, i use knife after to make it round)..then you put the pizza sauce or tomato paste..and put anything on it you want..spice some pizza seasoning and spread shredded mozarella cheese and just bake it..simple, isn’t it?
hkshan, it was a combined effort by me and mom..she did the finishing part coz i had to go to work..yup it was delicious and home made..inside the layer we did put some garnished chocolate along with the cream..and also you can see garnished chocolate on top..i just finished the last piece this morning at sahoor
