I second Luci... on not wearing reds and pinks for mehndi...
How abt yellow or mustard with lavender,
Yellow with dull orange sort of burnt orange flame colour
yellow with aqua would look good too.

teal and olive look gorgeous too. maybe not vibrant enough for a mehndi but they look really very pretty.
A friend of mine wore a very pretty mango and "anar" colored dress..it was "chunri"
I actually tried this dress on for my mehndi and it looked hot! We had a huge mehndi event so we didn’t mind that it was heavy. It’s really upto you on the look you want. But this dress is soooooo pretty!

^you know it! lol. im sure anyone would look gorgeous in it! the only reason i even tried it on was cuz while i was there, another girl had tried it on and looked amazing! and i had never seen these two colors together before, they just looked superb.

i dont think he would give those dresses for free. id be surprised! i feel that he possibly gives a steep discount. while i was at his place i met a girl, whos doing some sort of an internship there, shes the daughter of the guy that owns the shop The Designers in KHI. and then a week later Nomi Ansari also placed his collection at the Designers.
