Well, its perhaps for you guys to look into how policies are being applied. I personally liked it when moderators controlled cursing a bit more, and when cursing landed bannings - equally applied to anyone who cursed and threw insults. Its a bit demeaning and spoils the fun, no?
And I hate to have to resort to it each time when these guys themselves aren't behaving.
Perhaps a warning, in this case, for kaleem to back away from me, would be nice.
