Then there were copycat writers who destroyed Imran and Faridi images.
Naghma Safi
Ain Safi.
One claimed to be related to Ibne Safi (Niece) which Ibne Safi denied clearly.

Thats what happens to all long running series (be it a novel or drama). I don't think that Farhad Ali Taimur wrote all the episodes of 'Devta'. May be there is no writer with the name of Farhad Ali taimur and the publishing house got the novel written by a team.
Re: For Imran Series & Ibne Safi Lovers
you will not find any site about Jamshed Series , or Kamran Mirza or Shoki Series.
Well. You are absolutely wrong there, pal.

Yep. not all of the novels but you can find a lot of them.
Re: For Imran Series & Ibne Safi Lovers
But these are in Urdu, not Hindi. :halo:
Correction - I remember hearing on a Book Club show on TV1 that these have been translated into Hindi.
Re: For Imran Series & Ibne Safi Lovers
And are you going to share where ? ![]()
Even though they might seem childish now.
Re: For Imran Series & Ibne Safi Lovers
I am sorry but Imran series was before my time. ![]()
When I was a little boy, the Jamshaid series was hot among the youth.
‘Bari umar’ kai loag used to read Ibn-e-Safi. ![]()
I am sorry that I missed out on the Imran series.
Re: For Imran Series & Ibne Safi Lovers

^ I know, you only like roomaanchick novils. :)
Re: For Imran Series & Ibne Safi Lovers
** Farhad Ali taimur **is the name of a fictitious novel character written by Muhiuddin Nawab. I think he is somewhere from India (Madras) and moved to Pakistan after separation. I thought everyone knew that. ![]()
Re: For Imran Series & Ibne Safi Lovers
My most favorite novels are ‘Raja Gidh’ and ‘Khas o Khashak Zamane’ and they can’t be categorised as Romantic. ![]()
Re: For Imran Series & Ibne Safi Lovers
So Muhhuidin nawab wrote Devta for such a long period? ![]()
I still say that these digest publishers use name of a writer (real / fictitious) and keep on continuing a novel for decades ![]()
Re: For Imran Series & Ibne Safi Lovers
^ Could have been. But not in Devta's case anyway. The digest claims that it was the longest story to be printed in a monthly digest itself being a record. I trust Mairaj Rasool for that. There is this Mirza Amjad Baig and Malik Safdar Hayat series though, in suspense digest, I think that is written in a way you described; by different writers.
Re: For Imran Series & Ibne Safi Lovers
Some Novels of Jasoosi Dunya ( Col. Faridi / Hardstone ) from same above site
Re: For Imran Series & Ibne Safi Lovers
Have anyone seen the one movie that Ibn-eSafi wrote? Dhamaka?

You mean the movie where Javed Shaikh debuted and failed like a fake patakha?
