Yes I did stop the shipment .. eventhough I had to pay $260 for it but that doesnt matter. I'll have it shipped back to you ASA you are ready to apologize for your behaviour. Trashing someone on a public forum is not a very good thing to do. Calling my manipulative and lying in front of millions of people was not the right thing to do and the sad part is ince you re the customer everyone will believe you cause that's the way it is .. customer is always right .. no matter what!
I did not keep throwing designs at you .. if you remember correctly you were the one who would e-mail me a new design everyday asking for quotations .. I worked on your order with you for almost 3 weeks helping you decide what you should and should not order. After that I dont know how you can block out the whole part where I told you I'll start working on your clothes and you can pay at your earliest convinience. The whole issue started when you asked me to change teh colour of a more than half done outfit and even then I clearly told you that I'm gonna try my best to change the colour if I get another order for a similar outfit.
Honestly speaking I admit I was wrong on shipping your order out late but initially it got late because you wouldnt give me your address. After that you made your guy cousin call me who was pretty rude and after that I lost all interest... and that isnt very professional of me but you need to understand that we provide services .. not agree to be your slaves.. I'm not someone you can vent on after a hard day at work or home.
I deserve an apology and after that I dont want the clothes I made for you neither the money. My cousin is going back home to UK on 3rd August and I'll have him give you your money back cause making the clothes and shipping them and stopping shipping has already cost me more than you paid and I cant spend more money on transferring the funds. You'll ahve your money back cause I need respect .. not money! I deserve to be treated with respect .. not to be trashed on a public forum like this!

BTW hira .. ignoring a customer and holding their merchandise "is not a very nice thing to do" as u so eloquently put it .. had u been compliant and sent the pics, none of this would have started ... i kept the other stuff offline, didnt i ... but u went and blocked me before even shipping my items!!!!

Now ... get on and get some rest ... not only do u have to pay for the charges of the shipment to go back but all the custom charges ...

For people who think they should nt order from me .. no worries ... that's what we women do best .. follow the trail of gossip! I have my set clientele and they know me and they know my work ... I'd rather make less money than make more money and lose respect everyday!

We talked about the other two outfits ... the aura was the last minute thing that i enquired about and it was actually the last thing i put in the word doc cuz i was unsure about it ... the word doc was for not only for specifications but also for the fact that i didnt want u to under charge me and i have more work doing ... thats why i negotiated the price with u after i sent in the word doc ... after the payment ... i made the request change within 24 hours, ur site said 48 ... after that i just got the run around ... i started the work early ... no i did wait for the payment ... then back to early again! i most likely made the request change within 48 hours of sending the word doc cuz it all happened so fast ...
i just asked u to comply with the policies outlined on ur site .. nothing more!!!

Yes i wouldnt give the address cuz u wouldnt send me the pics before hand ... i should be able to see what uv done before the shipment! and u agreed to it urself!!

Hira get on with it, just let it go, stopping it(shipment) wont serve any purpose it would surely hurt her but unnecessarily to your reputation aswell.
i can understand your position if you think she had been unreasonable get on with it send her dress and stop doing business with her.
just let it end with "finally i got my product and it is as i expected", that in the end is more powerful than any other reason or bashing.
would it make any difference if she said sorry, personally yes but wont it be further burden on your conscience that you got paid but didn't deliver because she got angry, i am sure it would have more impact as you seems to be a person who loves her work.

I've put up with enough from her .. if anybody want to log into my hotmail addy and check how many emails iv been sending, be my guest ... her actions resorted me turning to the forum and now thats become my fault? she says she's shipped it and yet its not been booked with tcs!
Enough is enough! I have been patient more than enough!
She can keep her shipment ... i just want my money ... which is rightfully mine!!

princess, by you not given your address was obviously the reason the shipment was delayed, I understand that u wanted to see the clothes before hand because I did as well.
Hira sent me one picture and I wasnt to sure on the fabric used but I thought its not fair me tellin her that I wasnt happy, as I hadnt seen the suit up close( grim )
when I received by shipment I wasnt happy with the Grim but I loved the Truimphant outfit I explained this too Hira who said that she shall redo the kameez for me. I also ordered another suit that my sister got made in another colour and two more outfits for my 3 year old daughter.
basically because she cauld of said that I have got my goods and that she cant do anything, and I would not of shopped with her again and been very upset as my first order was over 350 pounds.
I think dealin with issues like these are not in a calm manner, gettin someone else to ring, or bein aggresive is not right you shall end up losin out which seems to be the case here.
I sent Hira a email and explained my concerns 2 her and she dealt with them.
And I think if Hira you let her receive her goods maybe she cauld of made her mind up about Fashion veers quality for herself .
please sort this matter out as both of you shall miss out!!
