The past and the current generations of Pakistan have been die-heartedly trying to obtain visas to come to “America”. The problem though, is the fact that Pakistan, as a country, is losing all its skilled men and women. Most of us would say: “Well, if Pakistan treated me better (monetary values), I would also give back!” But the problem here is, how can thecountry give you anything without having something to give!..My question is, are we making the right decision as part of a nation to emmigrate our native land? Shouldn’t we, as
muslims, give the country a chance?
Yeah, i think we should give pakistan a chance, people keep saying that that this is wrong with pakistan and that is wrong with pakistan, but instead of doing something about it, they just run from the problems, it's our country, we are the only ones who care enough to do something to change it. The reason pakistan has become like this is because of the people of pakistan, all we want is to make money, get power, and then it is the whole thing about mahagars and stuff, it is ridiculious.....
You know sometimes i think it would be better if pakistan was still a part of india, so many people have faught to make this country, and look what we have made it now..........ok, let me just say if i offended anyone with any of my comments i'm sorry......and the other thing is we pakistanies including me say that we should do this, and this needs to be done, and we don't do anything, maybe if pakistani brothers and sisters got together and did something, we can make pakistan a better place for our kids...
I think, if those Pakistanis are really Pakistanis they should remain in Pakistan and take the chance to rebuilt and reconstruct Pakistan. They should take opportunity of being in the country and knowing how things work around there.
If some students come here to get education and other means of "knowing how to get ahead" than I think they should migrate and than go back to Pakistan and put their new skills to work.
I think, if you wana put the most impact on Pakistani you will do that by changing the way the people of Pakistan THINK. That is the utmost important and greatest challenge. How and whos going to do that will be...a dream come true. :)

I agree that we should all try to improve Pakistan and it should be our duty to do so when given the means and ability BUT, when does it actually happen???
Watcher, sure the people come here for an education may initially have the full intention to go back but then they have a nice paying job and people with a more accepting 'global' cultural and basically "American opportunities" so very few are willing to sacrafice all this to go back and rebuild a country where alot needs to be done.
Your right I say that our greatest hindrance is our mindset abroad (where we condem people in Pakistan and distance ourselves from it eventually) and within Pakistan too where the thinking focuses on either getting ahead but thats only possible through different forms of corruption or 'getting out' and never look back...
Maybe the younger generation will be stronger in suceeding where out fathers have failed because thats the only hope we have...
I agree with you guys but yes, teh question is WHEN????
when does that time come?
None of us are willing to 'donate' ourselves to the country....we all depend on the person next in line.........
should 'hope' be the word in our dictionaries after 'Allah"?
but hope is nothing if we dont preceed it with actual work........hmm...
