ok here r 4 types if zikr…
- Na’sauti…zaban ka zikr
2.Malkooti…Dil ka zikr
3.Jabrooti…Rooh ka zikr
4.Laa’hooti…saaray wajood ka collective zikr

abay on chat i was doing 3 things....nasoot and malkoot were bz on gupchat, napster, aim....and jabroot was ofcourse bz doing Zikr-e-Illahi....Haq Allah Haq
