I think that means they only have to draw in their next match to go through to the next round or if paraguay was to lose against slovenia than SA would automatically go through.
Spain have already qualified and Slovenia are out. South Africa will qualify unless they lose and Paraguay win. The Paraguayans would also have to overcome South Africa's superior goal difference of three.
I feel sad for South Africa this was the first match they showed they can play well and then they have to fly back home.
