no. it’s a south Indian dish…like Idli, dosa, sambhar…it’s like aaloo kii Tikkii but made from fermented rice and lentils i believe. fermentation process makes rice and lentils to be digested faster and more easily. it’s eaten with sambhar and chutneys/pickles.
true but i never ever tasted it! i prefer Dosa though…there is a place in my hometown which serves ‘qeema dosa’…nowhere else in the world that i’ve seen this type of dosa.
