No, but I am middle-aged (?) and can pack on belly fat when I get careless. :)

hmm I lose weight when I'm stressed. I used to be perfectly normal, but going through rishta process is stressful business, alongside some other personal setbacks. So, everything combined leaves an impact. I know I need to put on a few pounds and maintain a healthy weight.

Yes, stress impacts healthy eating. But some stress is a constant factor in life so we need to get used to it.
But it's better to be under weight than over because as we get older, we all gain weight.

So i was thinking waqai button hotin, tu hum kaise lagte.

na shukri hai yeh saraasar. Cheesy nachos are so delicious with black olives, jalepeno peppers, tomato and served with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
