Its something that divide us into 4.

If all r right why we have to stick with one. If all are derivation from quran why not follow all of them and why we follow them instead of Quran o Sunnah.

I don't understand that.

Because all 4 has proof from the Quran and Sunnah, there were differences between the Sahabas. These differences are mercy for the Ummah. When you follow a madhab, you are actullay following Quran and Sunnah.
