It is not possible, how ever in your memory card you can rename the default folder name and once you start on a new session then default folder by its name will again be created. This way you can have your own named-folders inside ur memory card.
However it is best to backup your photos ASAP from your card over to your PC/laptop by using such softwares like Adobe Lightroom, and then organize them into different folders using that software. You can also manually backup and create your folders where you save your image files.
