Floppy Disk Failure?

I got some weird Floppy Disk failure message & it was asking me to insert some floppy.
i just pushedt he restart button the same thing.
I fidgeted with the wires in the PC n it started working but some weird noise is coming.
Why is this happening?

what should I do now?

Stop using floppy drive, disconnect its power

If you never worked with PCs before I’ll recommend that please don’t take risk. You might electrocute yourself. Ask someone to look at it who really knows how to fix it.
