i hope my problem is clear:

for example, BVs tweety doesnt move; the smilies dont show any movement either, & the pic in front of each thread doesnt move like they used to when it was a hot topic

c the thing is that it used to work before i had to re-install... im just trying to figure out what programs i need to install to make it work. (ie flash, java, etc)

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab > look for Multimedia there and mark tick on "play animations in web pages"
