first there is a difference between Makrooh, and haram
second respected poster didnt say its haram-halal-makrooh, he asked the question.

third for Quran and Hadith how come you are saying there is nothing mentioned about slow poisoning?

kb, sheesha is like smoking which is bad for your health.. now there are different opinions, the most extreme is it's haram and then the majority agrees that it's makruh..now you can do your own research on this..

sweety there is no such thing as makrooh in islam there is either halal or haraam so y we label disputed things as makrooh?

and only one mans opinion or opinion of a gropy of ppl is also not accepted but instead the opinion of induviduals is taken whenever needed
smoking is bad for health but still there is no evidence of it being halal ot haram so leave it be then giving fatwaas on it

I have seen big ads about Dangers of Sheesha, I do agree that it is not good but for sure it is not as dangrous as Cigarates. I tried to find out the people behind this publicity but looks like the Cigarates manufacturer are behind this

O ‘ people I didn’t issue any sort of Fatwa as I don’t have an authority to do so … I don’t know why people are so chafed that anything against their beliefs and understanding…. even a simple question … sounds like a Fatwa/Islamic ruling or verdict to them !

On the same hand …Yes I do have an issue with such threads as I treat them as an indirect target marketing … discussing such yokes in front of a young audience ( café in our case) without showing them the dark side may lead them to try such harmful products …

Well I may be getting old or my values they aint exemplary for our younger generation any more..

But most of us , senior members , we have grown in an era , where consuming such things in front of your family members were treated as disreputable…

Where lately I have seen many young boys and Girls enjoying such yokes with their family members … Some how I don’t call it freedom ….
