When I was about 12, me and one of my friends were sitting on a wall in front of our apartments when we saw a guy on a motorbike suddenly slowing down his bike and started smiling at us...first I didn't get what the heck was going on with him but then my friend was like "neeche dekhoooo!!" and I looked down, HE was FLASHING at us so proudly.........
I still remember that scene...It was one of the most shocking experience of my childhood in KHI....:o

Exhibitionists are everywhere these days.... even pakistan jesa Islami mulk... is loaded with them. They are found at all public places, parks, near girls schools colleges, etc. When you speak about such a thing in a group of girls there, most of them have experienced a thing or two. Even aunties have been flashed at during the early hours of morning on their walking routes.

I am afraid thats not the case. There will be very few and rare occurances of such type happening to very few. There is no need to generalise it and yes its agreed its an attitude unworthy of a genuine person.

I have heard that this happens in US or more liberal countries where women flash to hook the guys but I am really not sure that it could happen in Pakistan. May be in more introverted societies!!
