did 8k, but totally forgot to time myself out on the field.. roughly 40 minutes i'd say. might do 5k tomorrow, my training plan totally went out the window these past two weeks sigh. but then will rest on friday.
aside from that, increasing dem weights. 50kg deadlifts, 20-30kg lunges and squats. obviously had to slide down the stairs after. might start doing some serious ab work too, give my taangein a break :(

oh also, battle ropes! anybody use them? 30s of battle rope with 30s pushups.. 10s rest in between. my arms uff allah

HEY. i've been trying really hard ok.. i'm over that mentality of eating loads and working out loadser and then balancing everything out. now i even eat like a normal/slight jangli!
i'm gonna go celebrate with dim sum and cookies.

i had my 10k run two weeks ago! got a personal best of 51:38:20. i think before that i was 54:32 something, not sure now. but was pretty pleased with that considering i scoffed a few cookies beforehand ![]()
anyway, after that i basically “recovered” for 2 weeks (had some exams too in my defence) ![]()
