You see I do know what goes on. I’ve been brought up around here. I admit there are a few messed up gals. I’d be stupid not to. But there always will be considering the amount of Mirpruis here. OK half the gals are not even allowed out on thier own and a lot of em are scared to get into relationships lest thier multitude of cousins find out.
You should meet my family. And I’m not just saying this, most of the guys are either in Uni or working hard, the whole family is religious. The gals even more than the guys. And thats thorugh their own initiative, no forced crap. And no in my whole family no-one has been forced to get married abroad. We just tend to get married within the family who are from here. Worked brilliantly for us.
The reason we’ve got a bad name is because of the guys who do tend to mess about a lot, beacuse we stick together and not mix in, remain traditional and are not very succesful economically.
I’ve got a few Punjabi mates myself and they freely admit that their parents hate us. But they themselves say we are much more loyal to them than their Punjabi friends. They even tell me, how their girls are running wild because the parents give them so much freedom. Believe it or not thay actually respect us Mirpuris. Obviously not the case with you.
Its funny I once met a Punjabi girl trying to cuss Mirpuri girls when she was wearing a miniskirt with a drink in her hand.
