Thats Hamasha Kohistani, Afghan origin but lived in Uzbekistan (or one of those ex-russian republics) before coming to the UK. She was one of the outside favourites for Miss World 2005 but didn't get past the first round, most likely because of her small height.
Oh, shes a west London girl too.
