There is no need for makeup and hair do to break your fast in Ramzan.
Pakistani folks will not like to have dates for dinner. They like biryani , Qorma etc , they like to break their fast with a date which is Sunnat a Rasool(SAW).

It’s u’re first date with u’re ‘better-half’ Inshallah.. besides looking fabulous, u’re making memories! It really depends where u’re going.. and since it’s for dinner.. the make-up can be a little heavier from what u usually wear during the day. The hair should also be done according to the outfit u’re wearing.. if u’re comfortable leaving u’re hair down.. do it!

Do get a nice manicure/pedicure though, remember hands and and feet are important!

okay guys so here are a couple of outfits I have put together from the stuff i have at home - most of my much nicer stuff is at uni i could go shopping but what do you girls ( and guys thing of these outfits)

so its the mustard yellow flowy dress with the black leggings as we call them here in the uk (tights in NA i think) and those brown shoes, going to team it up with that long black and gold necklace and gold bangles. Im going to leave my hair out and blow dried and do darker eyes a smokey brown and light lips.

so the top is in the style shown of the lighter blue same kind of fit and design but its in the navy colour of that blouse shown, team it up with black skinny jeans and i have almost identical boots to the ones shown but with a stiletto heel ( a bit domintatrix i know! ) im going to do my hair in a side braid/plait with a more voluminous crown and wear hoop hearings and make up as i said above.

what do you think girls?

1st outfit minus the bangles… bangles are gonna make it too OTT IMO

If it's your first date, you don't really know how conservative the guy is, and even if he'll let you dress like you want later, it's better to make a good impression by not wearing something too tight (like leggings) or that shows too much skin (short sleeves, decolleté...) and i wouldn't wear shoes with very high heels.
Guys KNOW when you try too hard to impress them so come as you are

cinnamon - he has already seen me twice when his family came to visit when I was wearing high heels so that shouldnt be an issue, and I am pretty sure from talking to him that he is not super conservative really. I dont do boob and butt show or sleeveless anyway and wouldnt do that on this date either. So i think from the is he conservative or not point of view it all should be okay!

I get what you are saying though, sometimes i do wear tighter dresses with leggings and i wouldnt do that on a first date.

outfit number 1 is goood ..though the darker navy top would look lovely too ..esp since you are going for dinner

ummm instead of wearing bangles why not wear one or two bracelets
