Yes I love the charity idea. we had a huge bday party for my son when he turned 1 and the gifts were way too much. Many were duplicated, some not age appropriate, many went in storage, we literally didn't buy him a single toy rest of the year and he still had something "new" to play with whenever he desired. I wish we had done the charity idea I mean how many singing and dancing cars and trains does a 1 year old need anyway?

His favorite toy these days is a soft monkey blanket looking thing that goes with him everywhere...like he holds it and chews on it and fights with it like its alive...lol.
But he also loves playing with all the cars he has.
