Afridi is still doing what he was doing before in prior experiments (quick fire 20-30-50) but when a player comes as an “opener” all eyes are set on him to play longer innings. Afridi now comes down the order so nobody expects him to stay 10-15 overs, so no disappointments either. Besides his contribution to team is now mainly in “bowling” department, good fielding is added bonus.

Afridi is not doing ‘brainless’ slogging what he used to do before. It is more purposeful and assured now.

Imran Nazir is more talented than Imran Farhat but oh well like skhan said he blew away his chances
