Lajje, download the following little utility (cmdhere.inf):

Explore to it, right click and click install. This utility let’s u start the cmd prompt from anywhere you are “exploring” to.

Now Explore to the directory your firefox resides in (you can do a search for firefox.exe as well) then right click the folder name and click on the (new) CMD Prompt Here option.

Lajawab you will need to do the following:

1. go to start > RUn and type CMD
2. in command prompt go to “Program Files” folder (if you don’t know how to do this let me knw)
3. there type in ‘cd mozil*’ (without 's)
4. type in ‘firefox -profilemanager’ (without 's)
5. you should see a new screen that will enable you to create a new profile. Once loaded in new profile you can try to start in safe mode and see if the extension is still listed or not.
