It's not haraam. It's looked down upon. But it's not technically haraam.

the 2 things in bold are haram (alcohol and smoking) cuz anything that harms the body is haram…same reason why pig is haram to eat.

everything else u mentioned is not. anyway, as long as u understand thats fine

impulse baji sorry to say but no hard feelings, that u r not the scolar first of all so u shouldn’t be given those fatwa that smoking is haram. i agree that is not a good thing, but u can’t say is haram unless u have some authntic resources which proves that is haram

No. The quran has been the same, and will always be the same. Same for the Hadiths. none specifically ban smoking.

smoking as such wasnt around in the prophets time…but when it did start, it was considered to be just “makru” (disliked)…but now that science has gathered the evidence of how harmful it is (similar to suicide)…its made it clear that its haram…and the MAJORITY of scholars agree on this.
